Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly exchange or return standard perfumes that do not meet your expectations within 14 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after this 14-day period has passed.
Return Conditions

Condition: Perfumes may be moderately used, but a sufficient amount of fragrance must remain in the bottle.

Packaging: There must be no physical damage to the bottle or its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges on samples, testers, or items purchased on sale.
How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at buyclio@gmail.com with your reason for the return/exchange, order details, and invoice.

Wait for approval from our customer support team. Once approved, you will be instructed to send the parcel back to us.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items.
Processing Times Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. Standard processing takes 5-7 working days. During busy periods, please allow up to 15 working days for your return or exchange to be processed.
